Monkey vessel - from a collection of ritual vessels inspired into being following a trip to Costa Rica in 2023, and a visit to the Museo Del Jade in San José and the remarkable collection of pre-columbian artefacts.

This little vessel collection came into being whilst considering the body and mind as vessels that carry the emotions and experiences of our own and of others. I envisaged each piece having a small ceremony that related to it’s use… I hope it’s new owner will find their own ceremonial uses for the piece that speaks to them.
